Are Dizziness, Sore Nipples And Excess Salivation Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am so confused!! I thought I was pregnant but now I m not sure. I had been a little nauseous, dizzy, and have slightly sore nipples. Now, I have a metallic taste in my mouth and am still producing extra saliva. My bbt is still higher than 98°. I am 9 days past ovulation, my period is due in appx 5 days and my pregnancy test this morning said not pregnant... What gives?

Furthermore please do the following test to rule out other possible medical conditions

Blood culture
Liver function test
Complete blood count
