Are Dizzy Spells And Tiredness Due To Costochondritis?

Hi! I have costochondritis and I recently worked out a couple days and it made it worse! So much worse I basically can t do anything without it hurting, even walking. I also feel like I can t get good breaths and I feel a little dizzy and hot and very tired! This is all from costochondritis right? What can I do to help it? I don t plan on doing anything but resting over the weekend.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your son has problem of dizziness , tiredness and loss of balance . Well there can be many possibilities for symptoms you mention in query like weakness , diabetic condition , low blood iron level and inner ear problem ( otitis media or meniere's disease ) . The symptoms can also occur due to costochondritis consult orthopedic surgeon for this . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order est like CT scan , balancing test , rotatory chair test , audiometery test or complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe sedative , antiemetic drugs and recommend certain devices . For now drink green tea thrice a day with ginger .
