Hi,me and my partner and trying to concive and I thought I was pregnant last month, I came on my period a week early and it was very light, stopping and starting, now I am always hungry and feel really tired and my stomache feels really tight I couldnt be pregnant could I?

increased appetite and tiredness are not specific symptoms of pregnancy.dont rely on them.
1st you confirm your pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.
as your period delayed and you got scanty menses, there are chances of your pregnancy.
