General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It appears from your description that the symptoms what you are experiencing is Braxton Hicks contractions. For time being, relax. Keep a watch on fetal movements. If you get the contractions regularly with increasing intensity, you need to consult Obstetrician promptly for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
