Are Extreme Fatigue And Low Appetite Suggestive Of Upper Respiratory Infection?

My primary physician thinks it may be an upper respiratory infection. Extreme fatigue that will not go away. Sometimes goes in phases. I am currently taking a vitamin b 12 liquid form every two weeks. My Endochronologist prescribed it about five months ago. Also, I am mourning the loss of my mother in law 4 weeks ago. My appetite has been very lacking. I don t know if that is related. I have lost nearly 15 pounds in the last month. I wish I knew what is going on here. Thanks for being there!
