Are Extreme Soreness In Body, Dizziness And Impaired Thoughts Suggestive Of Dehydration?
Extreme soreness everywhere. Toes to fingers.. Even ears when wearing headphones that are normally comfortable. Think I m dehydrated, but my mother noticed a bite on my back about 1.5x the size of an ever age thumb nail. I ve been mowing a lot, running for soccer in the mornings, and bussing tables by night. I think I just haven t been getting enough fluids. Dizzy, feel slow mentally. Headache at night. Bite isn t irritated or itchy etc in anyway. Only way I notice it is by feeling for it or looking in the mirror. Lymph nodes feel normal. Neck feels heavy. So, is this for sure dehydration or could the bite have something to do with it?
