Are Extremely Firm Stools Post Colonoscopy Normal?

I m a 50 year old female who just had my 1st colonoscopy January 26th. So far I have had bowel movements daily since then, but notice it has been extremely firm. Without being too graphic, basically like rocks. Don t plan to take a laxative, but I ve been eating, spinach, greens, fruit, drinink juice and plenty of water which in the past this works just fine for me, but I m noticing no change, is this normal?
