Are Faster Heartbeat And Nausea After Taking Prednisone While On Valsartan Normal?

I felt my heart beating fast and nauseous after taking prednisone my blood pressure is 127 over 84 and my pulse rate is 98. Usually my pulse is 62. I am female 62 yrs old on my 3rd day of prednisone 4 mg. my heart is racing really fast is this normal ? Should I call rescue. I take valsartan 160 mg one a day.

prednisolone induced hypertention, and for that there is tachecardia. what was the need of taking steroid. valsatan will not cause any problem. now you have to tapper the steroid.
