Are Fatigue, Blurry Vision And Shrinking Testicles Indicative Of Diabetes?

I had been so tired for several weeks.....so I borrowed a hydrochrodone pill from a friend to get some sleep for a day......didnt think anything of it until recently when my vision started blurring, fingers and feet started tingling, my right quad started feeling numb, Im constantly thirsty, not really hungry but the the thing Ive notice most is my testicles have started shrinking and this taste in my mouth. I think it sound like diabetes.
