Are Fatigue, Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Nausea Symptoms Of Withdrawal?
Yes, I have a sister who is experiencing extreme fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, and nausea. At this point it only feels better when she lays on her stomach and closes her eyes. She recently was taken off of 54mg Concerta, about a week now. Might these be the symptoms of withdrawal.

Her symptoms could be related to Concerta withdrawal syndrome.
But I recommend you to monitor her blood pressure values for possible low blood pressure or orthostatic hypotension.
I would also recommend performing some tests to investigate for other possible causes:
- a complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels
- a Head Up Tilt test for possible orthostatic hypotension.
