Are Fatigue, Nausea And Delay In Menstruation Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have been having pregnancy symptoms for around two weeks just like I had with my first two children; tiredness, nausea, hormonal, breast sensitivity, milk leakage, etc. I was supposed to start my period a week ago however I did not start bleeding until this morning. My periods are usually regular and on time. I am cramping today which is something I have not done since before I got pregnant with my 4 year old. It hurts to the point I feel like my legs are going to give out. Could I be pregnant? And if so, should I be worried about the bleeding and cramping?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Because your menstrual cycle is not coming on the due date (you are one week late), a urinary pregnancy test is needed to rule out pregnancy.

The presence of fatigue and nausea may be due to pregnancy but they may be caused by other conditions as well.
So, having a urinary pregnancy test will clarify if you are pregnant or not.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,
