Hello,
Fertigyn helps in sustaining
pregnancy but is not helpful to treat anticardiolipin
antibodies. The following is the treatment for anticardiolipin antibodies:
1) Daily doses of Aspirin or Heparin, or a combination of both are required as treatment during pregnancy.
2) This depends on whether you have a history of
blood clots and previous complications during pregnancy.
3)
Warfarin isn't recommended during pregnancy because it carries a small risk of causing birth defects.
4) Treatment with Aspirin or Heparin is usually given at the start of the pregnancy. This could continue for anywhere between 1 week to 6 weeks after child birth.
5) Quit smoking
6) Eating a healthy, balanced diet – low in fat and sugar and containing plenty of fruit and vegetables
7) Taking regular exercise
8) Maintaining a healthy weight and losing weight if you're obese
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
