Are Fever And Cough Normal While Having UTI?

I m 39 and I have a UTI which is causing a fever that goes up and once I take Tylenol it comes down. I m on cipro and I ve developed a cough when I try and speak. Is this normal with a UTI? I ve had blood work, urine sample and chest x-ray done. The blood work and x-ray came back normal it s just showing bacteria in my urine. I also started taking the cipro 2 days ago. How long before it starts working and my fever goes away?

This appear that you have UTI. get done urine culture and sensitivity test. take sensitive antibiotic for five to 7 days to complete the course.
