Are Flu Vaccination Shots Dangerous For Health?

I have read on Facebook that the flu vaccine has all sorts of bad ingredients in it such as Thimerosal, Aluminum, Formaldehyde, Ethylene Blycol, Phenol, Bensethunium, and Methylparaben. Is this true?? I am an old RN and think this message I saw is not truthful. They were saying the flu shouldn t be given. Thank you for your time.
