Are Forgetfulness, Poor Concentration And Tensed Body Normal Post Intake Of Zoloft?

I was switched from paxil to 100mg of zoloft. My body is tense and at work im calling out wrong names to the point that my coworkers made the statement I hope you dont give thw wrong medication. My concentration is very poor and im forgetful. Is this normal?

Any medication that affects the brain can have brain effects as side effects. while zoloft is one of the least likely antidepressants to have side effects; they still occur pretty often. Changing the dose or the medication is generally done.
