Are Frequent Seizures Stress Related?

My girlfriend has had seziers since she had her stroke a couple of years ago but recently I ve noticed that they have been hitting her harder a Nd more frequently is this due to something I m doing of can it just be stress and I d there something I can do to help her get through them easier?

It may be caused by any kind of stress,emotional or medical stress caused by certain diseases. However, she should do reevaluation with MRi scan and EEG to see is there worsening in her brain function and in some cases it may be treated with medical or neurosurgical therapy.
