Are Frequent Stools A Side Effect When Diagnosed With Typhoid?

Hi, My age is 36, i was diagnose internal typoide 2 month before, i take medicine and become ok, but after that i was having 3-4 motion daily, when i eat something , after that some sound in my belly and bowl movement and then stool pass, i go to docter and after widel test, docter said you still have typoide or bactarial infection in intestinal. He gave me medcine mofest 400 mg, i start take one pill daily, but i notice that after taking this medicine i am not able to perform sex with my partner, my penis dont become hard, but i discharge without hard penis, is this medicine side effect or body weeknes ? Any help, ? Very depress becouse errection dysorder and body weeknes, and still have loose motion
