Are Frequent Urination,stomach Cramps And Dizziness Signs Of Pregnancy?

About 2 weeks ago I had sex with my boyfriend and came inside me. I ve weighed 95lbs for quite a few years now and just this week I m weighing up to 99lbs. I also have been urinating lots and last week I went to go pee and some thick white stringy liquid came out. I also have been eating lots more than usual, going to bed earlier and been cramping lots in my stomach. I also got a nose bleed tonight and I used to only have nose bleeds whenever I was close to getting my period. I also feel nauseous and kinda dizzy but I have not thrown up at all. Does this mean I m pregnant?

Hi,
If you have regular 28-30 day cycles and were in your fertile period at the time of the unprotected intercourse, then, you have very good chances of conception. Your symptoms do suggest an early pregnancy, but, substantial evidence is needed to confirm as some premenstrual effect may also look the same. You can wait for your next normal period and go for a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later if you miss it, or get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres now to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
