My mother has been prescribed Orcerin once a day for a month and twice thereafterSince she started the medicine 3 days back, she has more frequent visits to the toilet. Kindly explain if this is side effect of this medicine and also if there are other side effects she should expect. She is 80 years old THANKS
Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
This medication is an anti-inflammatory agent, prescribed for osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory arthritis. Excess urination is not a noted side effect. But if is remarkable excess even after 10 days, just have blood sugar level check once. The possible side effects may include nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and urine which is extremely yellow.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
