Are Hallucinations And Excessive Sleepiness Normal When On Radiation Therapy?

so if a person is hallucinating and sleeping to much and is not peeing or having bowel movements for 3 days and is on radiation what can cause this and she is telling stories that are not happening and thinking people are in the room, for example she told me when are your friends leaving and no one was there
