Is resistance to social interaction, impaired judgement (not saving or investing) in ones future, and depression excess worrying, lack of familial relations with children and consequently grand children, indecisive or second guessing everything signs of PTSD

Some of the symptoms that you describe, such as depression and excessive worrying, definitely are known symptoms of PTSD, while others, such as impaired judgment and relational issues, can also often be due to, or contributed by, PTSD as well. It is important to get good treatment for PTSD, with psychotherapy, medications, or both, in order to help deal with all of its manifestations.
