Are Headache And Dizziness After A Bruise On Head A Matter Of Concern?

I hit my head on a linoleum roll in my bathroom on the r frontal side and immediately got a golf ball bruise. I went to the ED but they just gave me Tylenol. I have had a light headache and some dizziness after - is this normal and how should I sleep tonight
