Hello,

Brief Answer: Brain injuries cause headache and dizziness.

Detailed Answer: May be a situation to be evaluated to have a headache and dizziness at the same time. A headache with dizziness can sometimes indicate a medical emergency that requires immediate treatment.
An external head injury, has affected your scalp, not your brain.
Internal injuries, or brain injury, often cause both headaches and dizziness, sometimes for weeks after the initial injury.
You need to go to urgent care to make sure there’s no major damage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
