Are Headache And Senstitivity To Light While Having Sinus Problems A Cause For Concern?

My wife just started complaining of feeling strange while eating dinner. Sudden headache located across the forehead and a sudden sensitivity to light while looking out the window. She also stated she was a little lightheaded I m trying to get her to agree to go to the ED but no luck so far. She does have a history of hypotension and sinus troubles. She was asking for some Advil I am not sure if that would be wise. She is know telling me that all the symptoms are gone.
