Are Headache, Blood In Stools And Back Pain Associated With Some Serious Disorder?

I’ve been have really bad stomach pains at night mid sleep in the middle rib area. It hurts to move, walk or breath too deeply. I’ve been feeling very tired most days. Also have been experiencing blood in my stools everytime I use the washroom, mid back pain as if I was bending over all day, also feeing like I need to throw up at random points throughout the day followed by acute headaches. Wonder if I’m just catching a flu or if it’s a more serious matter.

Hello,

Your symptoms point towards ulcer or gastritis like condition.

You need to be given antacid like rabeprazole for a week.

You have blood in stool also as per history. So your local rectal and anal examination and stool routine micro examination also should be done.

Meanwhile, avoid excess spicy foods intake. Cooked oatmeal help in the soothing stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
