Are Headache, Dizziness And Nausea After Being Hit On Head A Cause For Concern?

Son fell off trampoline and hit back of his head. Pupils seem fine, memory in tact, complaining of headache dizziness and nauseau. Can t feel any bump on head. Gave Tylenol and am going to wake in a couple hours to check. Any suggestions? Should we go to doctor now?

A CT scan is needed if he has nausea and vomiting. You may apply cold at these sites and analgesic can be taken.
