Are Headaches Along With Dizzy Spells Symptoms Of Migraine?

I had three strokes in June. Since then I've been having headaches as soon as I wake up and they continue all day. I've been on numerous medicines for migraines but they are not helping. I get dizzy and my left side goes numb and I lose eye sight where I see different colors. I have been going to a neurologist. My blood pressure has been 82/65 and less. I'm afraid to drive. Do u think it could be anything else besides just migraines. I've had Mri cat scans. And the doctor said they didn't find anything.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like low blood sugar or iron level , ear infection , condition like meniere's disease or migraine . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once to rule out any ear related problem . Doctor may order test like CT scan of ear , blood test and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics like gentamicin and device like meniett's device , vestibular therapy .
