Are Headaches And Dizziness Cause For Concern After Falling?

I hit the back of my head on some tile stairs about 2 weeks ago and ever since then I am having alot of headaches and several spells of dizziness & light headiness and seem to be tired all of the time and never used to feel this tired! Should I be concerned???

Yes this is the matter needing attention. Any sort of head injury even with no signs n symptoms should never b taken lightly. And in your case u r hsving complaints.so its very necessary you go to docter n follow his advise. Also do your mri and x- ray report.
