Are Headaches And Stomach Upsets Due To Birth Control Patch?
I have been getting sick nonstop for the past month. I get a bad head ache and upset stomach and worse. Could this be from major stress in my life right now? Or could it be a birth control patch I wear? Lately the birth control patch has been turning my skin red bumpy and irritated....
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What problems you are describing appears that it could be caused due to your birth control patch. This commonly occurs in few individuals due to hormonal changes and metabolic changes happening as a result of birth control patch. Generally, such side effects need to be managed symptomatically and such symptoms should subside gradually. However, if it continues to bother you and becomes intolerable, you need to consult Gynecologist for its removal and go for birth control measures which would suit you. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
