Are Heart Palpitations, Sinus And Referred Gum Pain A Matter Of Concern?

Hi I have slight heart palpitations and am aware of my heart rate. I have a lot of sinus pain and referred pain in my gums. I had a heart valve replacement 15 years ago and am on warfarin. I have been taking paracetamol for last few days. I am over weight. Should I be worried.?

As far as sinus problem is concerned so it should further be examined and there might be need of antibiotic course to resolve this issue of sinus infection. Referred pain in gum should always be taken more seriously as it can be cardiac pain as well .As a general rule of medicine the more serious possibilities should be ruled out first . I would suggest you to call your local emergency services straight away and get evaluated thoroughly .
