Are High Intensity Workouts Safe During Anemia And Just After Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage about 3 weeks ago, was hemorraghing, has several blood transfusions. I am told I will be anemic for at least the next 90 days up to 6 months. I am supplementing with iron. I want to start doing some high intensity interval training workouts about 30 minutes long. Is this safe to do at this time?

Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding if high intensity workout is good for your history of anaemia due to miscarriage and following a blood transfusion I will suggest you do a lab test to check if you blood level is normal

If this is normal you can go ahead and do the high intensive exercise but if this is low you can do a mild workout

I hope this helps Regards
