I was to a doctor a few days ago. I have post nasal drip, ear pain, severeheadache, nausia, and cough. a week ago I had a scope down my throat only to prove severe acid reflux.i also had fever for a few days when I went to see dr. doctors diagnosis is sinitisis. now I also am having body sweats (like heat flashes) day and night. Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

No Heat flashes or body sweats should not be symptom of sinusitis. But they could be as result of fever rising or lowering due to sinusitis or due to effect of anti-pyretic effect of medicine such as paracetamol or any other anti-inflammatory medicine, if you are taking them.
When a person is having fever takes paracetamol or any other anti-inflammatory medicine, fever comes down with severe sweating. This is normal feature of intake of anti-inflammatory medicines in fever & you should not be concerned about it. If you are not taking any anti-inflammatory medicine, then you should visit your doctor.
However your symptoms of post nasal drip, ear pain, severe headache, nausea, and cough could be caused by sore throat & associated sinusitis. You should continue the treatment as prescribed by your doctor.
