Are Indigestion, Acid Reflux And Vomiting Symptoms Of Diverticulitis?

I have diverticulitis, I haven’t had problems in a while. Yesterday I had intigestion, heart burn, which I barely get. Then last night I was in pain throwing up and diarrhea. Today I’m not in much pain, I do have a headache and tired. I’m thinking dehydration. Is it possible that the diverticulitis is back?
