What Causes Foul Smelling Stool While Suffering From Diverticulitis?

I have been diagnosed with diviticulitus and have had pain off and on for months. Now I have diarrhea and my stool smells like sulfuric acid. i also have acid reflux which has been acting up anytime I drink or eat. What could be causing the smell and why is my acid reflux working overtime?

stool to be examined. it can be amoebiosis. associated with hyperacidity. take bland diet and avoid fast food. can take tab omiprazol and tab unienzyme.consult gastroenterologist and can have endoscopy.refrain from taking alcohol and tobacco.life style change is requered.
