Are Insomnia, Night Sweats And Dry Heaves Symptoms Of Mononucleosis?
My friend recently experienced the loss of his father. He is 38 years old, has trouble sleeping, breaks out in night sweats and today he was dry heaving. He was also recently given a blood test to see if he had lyme disease, but he had no bullet skin mark impression. His symptoms reminded me of mononucleosis from years ago. Could this be possible?

The symptoms of your friend can be related to mononucleosis. I would recommend doing a complete blood count and especially the mono spot test to confirm the diagnosis.
