Are Internal Hemorrhoids Curable Or Is There No 100% Relief From Them?
I am suffering from internal hemorrhoids from last 2 months, its reduced but not cured fully till now, doc gave me sucral ano gel, crema gel for applying and I am also taking pilex tablets 2tab three times. My question is will it cure or there is no 100% relief in hemorrhoids. My age is 42yrs, wt 66 KGS I am male.
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. These are curable of course but only permanent solution is surgical excision. Hemoorhoids are protrusions of veins in rectal wall and there are several stages of hemorrhodal disease and the right treatment depends on type and stage of the disease. Initially it can be treated with dietary changes by having hogh fibre diet with lot of fluids and make your stool soft. There are supplemets such as Psilium and Detralex which may help as well. Also, you should use sitz baths and have hemorrhoidal cream. Second, it can be treated with rubber ligation or sclerosation and in severe stages, the surgery is recommended but for this you should consult proctologist. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
