Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have joint pain, chronic headache, brain fog and forgetfulness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like depression , alzheimer's disease , sleep apnea or insulin reaction . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to fibromyalgia , but we also can not rule out other conditions as described above also . So i would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like blood tests include complete blood count , erythrocyte sedimentation rate or thyroid function tests along ith physical examination and taking history . Doctor may refer you to neurologist as well as orthopedic surgeon for further checkup and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antidepressants like duloxetin , anti-seizure drugs like gabapentin along with analgesia , nerve supplement and physical therapy .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
