Hi, First and foremost, the testicular condition is very very unlikely to be related to prostate problem. Now from your message, I am not sure about his symptoms. For prostate, the usual symptom is a recurrent urge to urinate, especially at night. The testes, on the other hand causes a different set of symptoms, which include-pain, swelling and redness in the scrotal area; any form of discharge from the penis; nausea or vomiting often with pain; difficulty in micturition; pain in other parts of body especially the back and lower abdomen. Breast enlargement or tenderness is also seen in select patients. I would ask you not to worry if these symptoms are not present. You may also test a ultrasound of the scrotum (which the urologist may have already done for diagnosis prostate condition). The normal size is approximately 2 inches and one of the testes is somewhat larger than the other usually.
