Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Letrozole tablets are given for ovulation induction. It is safe and effective in doses given. You need to undergo follicular monitoring by ultrasound starting from day 10 of your periods to follow the growth of follicle and ovulation. Once ovulation occurs you can try naturally or go for IUI. As you are already 37 yrs you should take prompt decisions n hurry up cos fertility declines with increasing age. All the best.
