Is it proper? Can we give calcirol d3? What should we give for proper supplement? Kindly help.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain loose motions or diarrhea is commonly seen in infants and toddlers during teething but it is mild to moderate in nature and in case if the child has heavy volume loose motions and if the frequency is like having 6 to 7 or more per day then it can cause severe dehydration and can be fatal.. The electrolyte and Zinc supplements that you are giving is fine but if there are recurring episodes, better consult a Paediatrician and get evaluated and treatment can be planned accordingly as there can be stomach infection and antibiotics may be needed..
Hope this information helps..
