Are Low BP With Heart Palpitations And Pain In Chest A Cause For Concern?

My blood pressure is normally low but the last few days it s been in the 90/47 range. I ve also been feeling heart palpitations. My energy level is good but I ve been experiencing some pain in the upper left chest/underarm area. Do you think these symptoms require a visit to my Dr.?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, hypotension can never be it self like hypertension and it demands the immediate medical attention if ever happened, in my opinion better to get done the blood pressure reading by physician because if you are reading it then chances of error would be likely, for other symptoms it may need EKG and ECHO too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
