Are Lower Back Pain And Vaginal Spotting Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi. Im just afraid that my girlfriwnd is pregnant. You see, today is April 4 the last time my gf had menstruation was february 13. We are not sexually active but at March 17 we make out. But i didnt inserted my penis inside of her. Except I rubbed my penis outside her vagina. And last week she had some pregnancy symptoms like lower back pains and spotting. I am reallt confused. Can someone here give me the answer?? ://

I highly advise you to do a urine pregnancy test,if it come positive then do blood test Beta HCG for confirmation..
The symptoms which you told me is highly suggesting pregnancy,,and one thing is the primary cause of amenorrhoea is pregnancy otherwise rule out..
