Hi
The left lower abdominal pain now in testicle not related with posture may ne colic pain due to stone in kidney or ureter. Hernia is unlikely possibility.go for simple investigation , ultrasonogram it wil confirm the diagnosis and if stone is there need to know what is the size of the stone , where it is & is it obstructing or non obstructing.it helps in plan of management.Take plenty of fluids, tab spasmoproxyvon for pain.
Thank u
