Are Lumps On Ear Cartilage And Underarms Malignant?

I was recently diagnosed with carcinoid tumors of the aapendix with a large mass at 4.6 and some smaller ones as well. I had a right side hemio, and lymph nodes removed as well. A right lung PE and a hysterectomy since May of 2015 now i am finding bumps under the skin (feel like a pimple but never come to a head) they are behind my ear cartliage, under may arm and between my breasts. What could this be or what should i research to talk to my doctor?

nothing is malignant. armpit and below tongue are indicated to measure temperature. regarding bumps malignancy consult oncologist for examination and advise of further investigation. may be biopsy is required.
