Are Lumps On My Inner Thigh Related To Hip Issue?

I have some lumps on my inner thigh that are painful especially to the touch. I had MRI of my hip on that side that revealed arterianecrosis: might have wrong name but dr described it as blood supply to bone is being decreased and I may eventually have to have a hip replacement. I just don t feel like these lumps are related to the hip issue but they are multiplying slowly and very painful

Hello,

Difficult to say without seeing them. But I can give some general information. The inflammation from the falling apart bone can cause a number of consequences.

These include an inflammatory response causing lymph nodes to pop up. There can be blood clots and these can be dangerous.

There can be underlying cancer and this would be quite bad, but there would most likely be other signs like weight loss.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
