Are Meningitis, Dizziness, Slurred Speech And Nausea Side Effects Of Botox Treatment?

Are you aware of any incidences of meningitis tied to botox treatments for migraine headaches. 15 months or so ago, my daughter (age 55), who has debilitating migraines, experienced slurred speech and dizziness/falling, which one of her doctors thought after her recovery could have been a form of meningitis. Three weeks ago, she had her 2nd round of botox injections and she is experiencing dizziness/falling, slurred speech and nausea, all of which appear on the botox side effects list on this website. Any ties between botox injections and meningitis? Thank you, Ken Duncan
