Are Mild Abdominal Cramps And Breast Soreness Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I m on duphaston for 15 days starting 30/6. Based on my latest transvaginal ultrasound, i should ovulated on 27/6. UPT today came out -ve. Been experiencing mild cramp and breast soreness for the past 2-3 days. Is there any chance i might be pregnant?

Understand your concern
Just mild abdominal pain and breast soreness only does not suggest the pregnancy.
Pregnancy also depend on the time of menstrual cycle when you had sex.If you had sex during the time of taking the duphaston then chance of pregnancy is nil as it act as a contraception.
But I think, mild abdominal pain and breast soreness are due to side effects of duphaston that contain progesterone and produce symptoms like pregnancy.
Period will come 5-7 days after stopping he duphaston. But if period will delay by the 8-10 days then go for pregnancy test and or USG to confirm the pregnancy. With in 7 days of delayed period, UPT will give negative result.
