Hi doctor my name is Lavina and my MRI report it self transitional vertebra is seen labelled as l v type to be generated end plate changes are seen at l4 5 level En 34 desk is partially desiccated and exhibits mild broad based posterior disc protrusion with inner annular tear intending on the thecal sac without nerve root compression small left for a Minal disc protrusion is also seen at this level l 45 desk is partially desiccated and exhibits moderate broad based right hand show lateral disc herniation with mild inferior migration intending on the thecal sac and right inferior leaf ravishing L5 no root as it exits the thecal sac without mechanical compression

Hi,

There might be a need for surgical treatment for the above-mentioned findings on the MRI LS spine report if your symptoms are severe.

There is disc degeneration and causing pressure on the thecal sac at L4-L5 disc level. Please discuss in detail with your doctors.
