Are Mild Central Spinal Stenosis At The L3-L4 Level And Moderate To Marked Spinal Stenosis At The L4-L5 Level Serious Concerns?

My MRI results are diffuse annular disc bulges at L3-L4, L4-5 and L5-S1 levels with anterior impressions upon the thecal sac. Along with hypertrophy of the ligament lava and bony hypertrophy at the facet joints, this results in mild central spinal stenosis at the L3-L4 level and moderate to marked spinal stenosis at the L4-L5 level. There is mild to moderate narrowing of the right L4-L5 neural foramen. What does this mean? My appointment for the neurosurgeon isn t until next year. Thank you!!
