Are Missed Periods While Having PCOS Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

Yes, I have not had a period since July 5. I took a test last week just to make sure that I was not pregnant. I have been very nauseous later in the afternoons and after I eat. I wouldn t think I would be preg. due to no period. I had a miscarriage back in Jan. at 14 weeks. We haven t been trying but haven t been preventing it. I do have PCOS and had to have clomid to get preg the first time.

Based on your description, it is advisable for you to first take urine pregnancy test. Next you need get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done. It will tell as to missed periods is due to pregnancy or any other cause. Kindly consult Obstetrician with the reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
